National Sales Manager – Other Products
Position Overview: We are looking for a National Sales Manager with extensive experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry, with particular experience in milk, sugar products, and seasonings. The candidate should be adept at managing sales operations across Nigeria and leading a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national sales efforts for products such as milk, sugar cubes, granulated sugar, and seasonings.
- Manage a team of direct reportees (10+) and indirect reportees (20+).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve top-line volume and value business targets.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and templates to management, and review team performance.
- Handle senior team members and ensure sales goals are met in line with industry standards and internal targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry, with some experience in milk, sugar, or seasonings.
- At least 5 years in a National Sales Manager position.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market with PAN Nigeria sales experience.
- Proven track record in managing and developing large teams.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for sales performance once the budget is allocated.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales growth in accordance with industry standards and company objectives.
