National Sales Manager – Oil
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager with extensive experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry, specifically in edible oil. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Nigerian market and demonstrate a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee national sales operations for edible oil, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of direct reportees (10+) and indirect reportees (20+).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve top-line volume and value targets.
- Provide detailed reports and templates to senior management and conduct regular team reviews.
- Handle senior team members and drive performance in line with industry standards and internal targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry, with significant experience in edible oil.
- At least 5 years in a National Sales Manager role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian market with PAN Nigeria sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
